I consistently get 9.6 with the mods you see below.
However, I get nearly 40 MPG on my motorcycle.......

Yesterday I drove from Loveland, Colorado (~4,900' elevation) to Highlands Ranch, Colorado (~6,200') keeping the MPH to between 65 and 70 using the A/C for about 30 miles. I averaged 19 MPG.
Today I drove to Brush, CO (~4,200') and back with a very heavy head/side wind the entire time going between 70 and 75 MPH. The MPG dropped to 16.6.

I get about the same city and highway. It ranges between 15-16.2.
I am ok with the city mileage, but was dissappointed with the highway mileage. I don't know if the factory 20's hurt it over previous years with 18's. I baby it as well.
I get an average of 14 mixed city and hwy (mostly city) with my 2008 Crew cab LE. No performance mods or anything as of yet (but soon)......may switch to synthetic shortly and see what happens.

Haven't had mine for 10 months yet but I've got almost 9K on it and I'm still glad I made the move, had a 04 F150 Ford with 127k on it, done the travel tralier, stock trailer and car hauler towing and to tell you the truth the milage is about the same if not better in the Titan, I think the old truck worked harder to do the job than the Titan is doing. Like I said in another thread we're paying the same as other make owners are paying for gas, but like other Titan owners in this thread it's what your driving that makes the difference work................hang in there the price of gas "it's gotta go down"

2008 Pro 4X CC with the lower gears, 2* advance, Injen intake, and PRG leveling kit. 13.1-13.9 city. I don't do that much highway driving, but on the 1 or 2 longer trips I've taken I average in the 14-15 mpg range highway. It's an absolute DOG with regards to gas mileage, but damn fun to drive.

My 2005 CC with Big Tow package and the mods you see below gets 15.75 on long highway trips (long for example from upstate NY to Orlando Fl and back - and 12.5 around town with lots of stop and go. I have a Bullydog comming in a couple of days - and will be testing it on my next long highway trip from upstate NY to Wyoming and back. Will post results when I get it going and have some numbers.

I travel about 35K miles a year for work. I used to have a 06 F150 and it didn't not matter what speed you did on the hwy it got 13.7mpg. Around town it would get 13mpg. The F150 was always down shifting to find a gear, because it's so underpowered.
The Titan gets better gas mileage than my F150 ever did under the same conditions, except in the city. I get 12mpg in the city, but I like to feel the g's when I accelerate.
Past 3 trips from Austin to Dallas (slight tailwind) with cruise set @78mph I averaged 16.5mpg. That's not bad considering the speed. I feel I could get up to 20mpg going the speed limit. I'm definitely don't drive in the most fuel efficient manor most of the time.
A head wind will kill your mpgs though. Expect 12mpg on the hwy with a 20mph headwind. I seem to never have the wind in my favor.
