New to me '04 SE

Wow what a place.

Traded my Tacoma for an '04 KC SE with 50,000 on it, the car seat wouldn't fit in the Tacoma (the little one loves to fall asleep to sound of this thing). Is there anything I should have a heads up on for those of you that have reached this mileage? Truck was well taken care of although the previous owner hit a deer, repaired by the dealer.

After owning two Tacomas 210,000 miles on the first and 120,000 on the second I was forever a Toyota owner, drove some new and used Tundras and still went for the Titan!

This thing rocks!

Re: New to me '04 SE

Welcome to TT. I just joined as well and also have a new to me SE coming Friday. Looks like this will be me my first LATCH capable vehicle. Any advice on installing the seat in a Titan? Is it easy enough? I have an 18lb 10mo old baby girl so we will be installing our seat rear facing.

Re: New to me '04 SE

as for the car seat, go to the nearest safety check, get it done right. I thought I had it right when this 100 pound safety check lady told me to reef on base after she showed me how to install it the right way. Didn't move an inch. You will need the metal buckle or they will have one for you. Find your local station with a google search, well worth it for the little one!
