Exhaust decision

I am going to purchase a catback exhaust for my 2004 SE KC. I have narrowed the choice to either the Magnaflow single or the JBA single. I have listened to the sound clips on this fourm but it is hard to tell which is louder. I'm looking for nice tone without waking the dead.
Anyone heard these side by side?

The magnaflow will be louder. I chose the JBA because of that, and the performance gains are greater than the Magnaflow.

Thats just what I wanted to hear. I liked the sound of the JBA on the sound clips. I'll be ordering it soon.
