I have been having a dialog with Randy's Ring & Pinion, specifically Bill Lapilio. I asked him about 3.73 gears and his most recent email below:
HI Greg,
We have figured out the rear of the new Titans take the same gears at the new JK Jeeps. We do carry 373 for the rear but since we do not know what the front axle is you’re sort of stuck. The jury is still out on the fronts.
So ... the 2WD guys may have a solution. The 4WD guys may have to wait a bit.
Now that some rear gears are available, if anyone wnts to know what RPM they will tunr in any particular transmission gear and tires size combo, let me know and I can calculate it for you. The RPM so calculated will be the theroetical rpm minus and trnsmission slip. Real RPM may be a bit higher if your tranny is slipping at the time ...
If you want to check it, give me the rear gear, tire size, and speed or RPM and I can calculate the other one easily.
Of course, my calculation depends in the diameter of the tire, and I calculate that as a nominal value. If you want to check THAT, tell me your tire size and I'll give you the calculated tire diameter. Calculated tire diameter is usually measured at the nominal tire pressure noted on the sidewall.
I mention this on the off chance that some Titan owner out there may want, for instance, to put on something like a 40-inch tire and turn 2000 rpm at 60 mph. My calculation will at least get you in the ballpark and you can then check with Randy's Ring & Pinion to see if the desired gear is available.
This should at least allow you to choose wheels, tires, and lift to make it work ... and then start checking on available gears.
hey soo if i was to do this how would i fix the speedo from reading the wrong speed?

Because of the Titans small ring & pinion set-up, you can't safely get real low gears. As the ratio gets lower the pinion gets smaller...AND weaker.
3:73's would most likely be the lowest to go with, but remember we still have low trans gears, and a switch to 3:73's would be a good towing gear...

I called Randy's friday and asked for Bill Lapilio and the guy I spoke to has never even heard of him. I looked on there website for meet the sales team and he is not listed. Worst of all the guy I talked to and the other he transfered me to both said they offer no gears for any Titan as of this time? Strange, but maybe they have no idea what they are talking about. I also called Precision gear and they said there release on front and rear R&P's are this month, But they told me this last month and the month before that.

I haven't been rading this thread, but the post above makes me wonder. I live in Irvine and emailed a local site for Randy's Ring and Pinion, not the original Washington site.
The post I made above was directly from Randy's ... but I don;t remember the particyular location. Since there really aren't THAT many, it shouldn't be TOO difficult to locate him ... I'll see what I can do.
Strange, but maybe they have no idea what they are talking about.
I'm sure that's what all this boils down to....
