A local industrial powedercoating shop near me in Northern Cali quoted me $60 a wheel including stripping/prepping the wheel beforehand.

What you also have to factor in is dismounting, remounting, and balancing the tires during this process. Most shops will do this for $15 a wheel. But also keep in mind that some shops have a policy of not mounting "used" tires on wheels so make sure you call around and ask them if they have a problem taking off and putting on the same tires again for you.

I ended up painting my wheels as opposed to powedercoating them in the interim:

I just got a quote for Peyton's Titan from my uncle's PC shop and he charges $50 a wheel to blast and PC the stock wheels. You do have to paint the center caps yourself, and get your tires unmounted/remounted on your own. $135 per wheel is insane, I'd never pay that, you can almost buy new wheels for that.
