I mean if that was the truth, everytime I went out and heated my rotors up when it was snowy or icy out and hit a puddle of ice cold water my rotors would warp!!

Water hitting hot rotors as they are being driven, is spread out by the spinning action and less likely to ever be a problem. Rotors that are hot, and get cold water sprayed at just certain spots and on one side,
may experience warpage due to uneven cooling. I'm not worried about it, as I expect a low occurance, but do believe it is entirely plausible. I'm taking this from my extensive 30 year background in Welding and some Metallurgy studies. Just my $0.02.
Cheap Raciing Stripes: E-Bay has plenty, many nice ones. Check specs on quality of vinyl.
