Uprev - Latest news

I spoke with my tuner today, who was working on a G35 with Jared from Uprev, about the problems users on this forum are having with Uprev and getting fine tunes done. He said he (my tuner franklin) will be coming online to see the 'Jared, where are you????' thread. He will then be setting up an email just for previously tuned Titan owners to send him their requests. He will be posting the details at a later date as he has to get a G35 tuned and out the door before Jared leaves.

I stressed to Franklin the need to have a look a the Jared Where are You thread and to respond. He told me to email him the link to the thread so he can have a look.

Sounds like they (Franklin and Uprev) are going to try to set things up to help you out, even a new ROM was mentioned, something to allow tuned guys to maybe help themsleves with minor adjustments.

All we can do is wait for their reply. He did say that Jared has been going thru his emails this week, and there was ALOT of them....take it as you will.

Re: Uprev - Latest news

I read somewhere that they talked to uprev and the 08 software was fresh outta the oven and shipping. Or was i dreaming? I doubt it cause i dream of motor oil and transmissions. Guys you gotta realize the good thing we have going here with uprev. No other software is available that comes close, and if you had a domestic you would more than likly be stuck with a handheld that will never include free e-tunes. I worry one day the free e-tunes will stop or have a limit if too many complaints arise. Easiest way to fix the non stop complaints.... no more free-bee's. I hate to say it and hope it never happens. But uprev does have a hold on the titan market so sales wont hurt them. Just be patient guys its not a huge company with 50 tuners. The less tuners the better imo. That way you get good steady tunes and dont have to worry about what one tuner thinks is better over another guys opinion and style
