Push button Locker...Standard??

Hey I have a 2005 4x4 Crew, I think SE...? tow package. I have a push button locker under the climate controls next to the tow mode button. Is this standard with 4x4 Titans or aftermarket? does anyone have any info on how good it works when in use? I haven't put it in 4-LO yet but I am going up the Canyon this Weekend, and man is wet up there. I'm sure they (lockers) will be put to use this weekend.

Re: Push button Locker...Standard??

That's an option. It's called an E-Locker. It electronically locks the rear open diff. It only works in 4LO from the factory. Do a search here for 'elocker mod' and there are some posts on how to use this while in 2HI/4HI.

Re: Push button Locker...Standard??

The locker comes only with the OR package, so you must have that. Remember, just because you have a tow mode button, doesn't mean that you have the BT package.
