I stopped by 2 dealers today to tire kick a little. I'm looking for a 08.5, 4x4, SE Crew Cab, Popular with bucket, Big tow, utilitrac, bed divider and extender in Red Brawn
First dealer was having a Midnight MAADDNNEESSS sale. Wee.
Had to have it shipped in from another dealer. 28K + TTT and such.
Visit a second dealer, same truck specs, has to have it shipped in, 31K +TTT and such.
Told the 2nd dealer that the first dealer offered me 28K OTD. Salesman came back and said that the first dealer was lying, no way it would sell that low. (Actually I was, just wanted to see what they would do. ) 2nd dealer wouldn't budge so I walked.
I'm content to wait till next month to see what Nissan offers.
Oh and I asked about fog lights, which I thought were STANDARD on the SE. 2nd dealer said no, $600 option. I laughed.
Keep looking, I've been shopping around and Ive got one dealer thats quoted me an 2008.5 LE CC 4x4, Big Tow, Side Steps, Red Brawn, Sunroof..... $32,300 Out the door.
$37,965 MSRP as requested, $34,132.00 dealer invoice.
Take off a $5k rebate, and you're at $29132.00 +TTL. That's what I'd give you if you were in California. But you're not, and probably won't be. Good luck in your hunt.

Fogs are only avauilable on the PRO-4X and LE. You can ad them for about $375 yourself.

Last I saw, Nissan was offering $5,000 rebates on the Titan. Not sure if the model you are looking for qualifies, but if it does, you probably won't see any better offers than that.
The 28k sounds about right depending on how the truck is optioned. The price you were quoted for fogs is outrageous. A friend just bought the 08.5 Titan and the dealer installed fogs for $225. I know they don't use the OEM lights and am not sure which aftermarket supplier they use, but still. The dealer claims the aftermarket set perform as well and are actually more durable. I guess only time will tell. Good luck on the Titan hunt. It can be hard to find the exact truck you want sitting on the lot. To this end the Internet will become your best friend.

I was trying to find the 'What I paid for my Titan' thread. Havent found it. (That should be made a sticky.) Anyway after reading that thread it sure sounds like folks are getting Titans equipped like I want for 25Kish.

And the second dealer I talked to was 3 K higher and adamant there was no lower price. Yeah right! I Titan in TN should cost a lot less then one in CA.

First was Victory on Clinton Hwy, 2nd was Ted Russell @ Walker Springs. We bought from the Ford store years ago and went to see the same salesman. He took us over to the Nissan store and handled the quote. He said that he was getting the 'best' he could from the sales manager and I actually believe him. I think he was being treated poorly by the Nissan store because he was from Ford.
