I hope they catch the dirt that took your truck. It really sucks when some terd takes something that doesn't belong to them. Some people work hard to buy some nice things and some scum just take what they want. Good luck with your insurance and hopefully some justice will be served
Damn sorry bro, shyt like this pisses me off, folks work so hard to have the things they most enjoy in life only to have it taken away by someone who can't do it themselves.
Here is the update. State Farm finally settled with me and is in the process of sending a check. It only took almost 3 months
nice going state farm, what happened to thirty days? glad I don't use them anymore.

You have two choices in life:
You can stay single and be miserable,
or get married and wish you were dead.
Sorry to hear about your truck, Venom. I've had my vehicles broken in to several times, but never stolen outright.
Re: all the State Farm bashing, I've been with them since I started driving and I've NEVER had a bad experience. Wife got hit in her 3 week old minivan a couple of years ago. Had yet to send in the first payment. Within 5 days, we had a check for $800 more than we had paid for it, and 3 days of that was waiting on the bodyshop to tear enough of it apart for the adjuster to make the call.

Just remember if you lived in a place that had a loss of a home for a hurricane, these are the same people that wouldn't pay for your home, didn't care where you lived from nite to nite, they are also the same people around the country raising rates to recoup there losses for a few years.......thinking that we forget about the billions they made prior to that. Remember, insurance companies will bend you over a fence and grab you by the beltloops any chance they get. For all of the folks out there that think they are there for people, you really haven't had a dramatic situation yet such as the loss of a home and the fight that brings. The auto industry isn't any different, profits are the driving force, not hospitality.

Without profits, there would be no such thing as insurance Remember 2001, alot of insurance companies went bankrupt over something that "could never happen" Then Hurricane Katrina hit a couple years later. The 2000's have not been good years in the insurance business.

Actually I came out OK on the payoff. But They dragged their feet after the 30 days. I had to force it along. I never got a call back from them. I had to call.
I went through a hurricane hear in Florida and had a good amount of home damage. State Farm screwed me. It cost me over $6000 more to have my home repaired then they paid me. They had labor estimates that were so low they were unbelievable. I told them I wanted to hire the contractors that gave these labor rates. Of course they could not give me contact info.
I feel it is criminal that they had huge profits for many years and did not put enough money away for a catastrophic incident. My home insurance is now the monthly cost of a mortgage itself. It is not an insurance company... It is a BANK. It loaned me money to fix my home and now I will be paying it back for the rest of my life at an incredible interest rate.
I say let them go bankrupt.

I've had State Farm for more years than I care to remember on my vehicles and my homes. I've had relatively few claims but in every case they were quick and courteous.
