From a dead stop

I just recently purchased a 07 Titan CC, 12K miles, Big Tow. Every time I come to a complete stop and then accelerate, it feels like I'm leaving rubber, or there is wet leaves underneath the rear tires.

Is this a common problem with the slip-yoke? I hope it is not the rear end.
