Ready for pickup

Dealer called with great news! My Titan is ready for pickup.
The repairs are as follows:
Rear Axle replaced
Timing cover gasket / Oil Pan gasket replaced
Power steering hoses replaced
Oil Cooler O ring replaced
O ring on dipstick replaced.

Now the question of the day, is the replacement axle the same as the original 2005 model, or has it been upgraded at all?

Thanks in advance

Re: Ready for pickup

Probably the same. Did your original 05 axel have the finned diff cover? (very early 05's did not)...

There have been upgrades to the newer rear ends. That's what you'll get....the newest one. Look for the date on the rear end.
