Did a few minor things to the truck

Went to may dads last week and did a few things to the truck. I wish I had put the tailgate light up on the radio bezel. We also put on the wet okoles.

Did not have time this trip for the spider grill or the level kit

Back up camera (Wired) Also put one on the camper

Tailgate "open" light and hard wire the Garmin

Re: Did a few minor things to the truck

other than the obvious, what's the purpose of having a "warning light" for the tailgate being open?

I leave the tailgate open often to get tools in and out and with the bed cover on you forget it's open and if you are an idiot like me you lose a brand new sawzall out of the back of the truck......

Because if you have a Cover and a Bedrug and don't shut it really well, it'll let your Big ol Pumpkins roll out onto the highway. Then you have to go buy new Pumpkins! It's really embarassing, because your kids are with you when it happens and they laugh about it all week. Discovered problem when we got to our next destination. Lost a small cooler another time...

Tailgate thing happened a few times, so I'll be adding the light this summer. I may tie it into the door open light system, maybe do both!

Nice installs, Bucky. Are you running the high amp alternator? You're gonna suck that stock one dry soon!
