A little of what to expect at the race on Friday night, September 5, 2008 in Richmond at the RIR.

NASCAR returns to Richmond International Raceway for another doubleheader weekend, beginning with the Emerson Radio 250 NASCAR Nationwide Series race on Friday, September 5 "under the lights."

Many of the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series drivers will battle it out with the full-time Nationwide Series drivers around Richmonds ¾-mile bullring for a night of old-school, short track action.

If the Nationwide Series race at Richmond International Raceway in May is any indication of how things will go in September, guests can expect some intense racing followed by some post-race fireworks. After Kyle Busch and Steven Wallace made contact in the final laps, they found each other on pit road for trash talking and a physical confrontation. The emotions will be high and the crowd will be charged again for the Emerson Radio 250 NASCAR Nationwide Series race on September 5, "under the lights".
