Tires makeing the truck all dirty

I am runnin 325/65R18 Nitto terra grapplers with a 6 inch fabtech lift. With the tries being 13 inches wide, it seems that every time I wash the truck it is dirty again by the end of the day. Each and every puddle i go through the water just shots along the side of my truck. I was thinking of getting bushwackers. Anyone have them with pics?
