HHO Systems

Has anyone heard of these systems? Basically they break down a water molecule through electrolysis into its three separate molecules (hence H-H-O). This creates a gas that can be added to the air intake to help increase the combustion of the air-fuel mixture so you utilize less gas and get the same amount of combustion. I read a post on the custom magnums website where a guy is installing this on his Magnum RT this weekend. I'm pretty skeptical on the whole thing but didn't know if any of you guys know anyone that have had or used it. Let me know.
