Will Nismo headers/exhaust dercease MPG?

first off this gas price situation is killing me so i need your opinion to make a better decision. i am currently in virginia and am driving back to texas soon. i have come across nismo headers and a nismo exhaust system for sale and want to get em. i am going to be hauling another vehicle with my titan and know that is going to decrease my MPG. if i install the headers and exhaust before my trek back to TX is it going to decrease my milage even more? ive heard conflicting opinions on whether it increases fuel milage or decreases it. should i just put it in the bed and install it once i get back?. ... by the way, i have already installed a nismo CAI on the truck. thanks in advance, and any input is appreciated.

No it won't decrease your mpg. You are increasing exhaust flow and decreasing backpressure. Some is needed to keep the engine running well.

You do want to make sure your torque is maintained and the air/fuel ratio is good. An Osiris tune would take care of that.

well what if i cant get the osiris before going on the road? i should still be ok ...right? ? i may be able to change th a/f ratio with a consult III which i am fortunate enough to have access to since i work @ a nissan dealership. thanks again for you input. anyone else feel free to chime in.
