Re: What MPG are you guys getting with your Fat A55 35 inch tires

PRG 4" lift. BFG 315/70/17's (34.5"), 4x4, magnaflow exhaust, fram boost CAI. Avg 13-14 around town and 16-17 on hwy. I do recalculate for larger tires too.

Re: What MPG are you guys getting with your Fat A55 35 inch tires

I really think you'll be close to 11.5 mpg, that's where I'm at with conservative driving on just A/T 33's. M/T 35's would be a little worse. Anyone who's getting better, I'm assuming might have non-Tow or some aftermarket mods like CAI etc...

Re: What MPG are you guys getting with your Fat A55 35 inch tires

yeah you can squeeze 35's with a leveling kit on the 08's. there's a few guys that have done it. you need the pinch weld mod too but they will fit. The 08's sit higher than the previous years.

You going to put the 35's on the stock wheels? You might want to think about a lift.....I rub at times with my CST.

My roof sits at 7.5 feet high and I'm rubbing with 35's as well and I've done the pinch weld mod...the fat tires will rub at full turn...

Re: What MPG are you guys getting with your Fat A55 35 inch tires

it all depends on the backspacing of your wheels. I was rubbing with 35's on my 6" barley on hard turns hitting a bump. But since i put my SAW's on i havent rubbed at all.
