i got an 08' crew cab titan sittin on a procomp 6 inch lift with 18 inch kmc rims and 35x12.5x18 toyo mt's i want to get more height with out spemding to much money. what is recommended?

my mileage sucks , 6 inch lift 35in tires flowmaster exhaust and intake. not to mention i drive like jeff gordon, i get anywere from 9-12 mpg
