Good Service Departments in CT??

Hello all! I just found out Lia Nissan has parted ways with their service manager. They had been doing a great job on my truck and I had been happy with them, but I am concerned about taking it in for a few issues seeing as they have not hired a new service manager yet and they have a service rep who is filling in temporarily. I have dealt with him as a service rep and he is plenty nice, but I am not sure how well he can address my current issues. I have a case on file with Nissan Northeast Regional to have my drivetrain warranty extended to 100k (Cliff notes: at 62k front pinion seal started leaking. This is the 5th bearing related issue I have had. 3 rear axle seals, one front wheel bearing. Nissan rep suggested and put down I requested the repair and warranty extention. Nissan1 is a joke when it comes to timely call backs, answering a phone or customer service but that is a whole other story.) I now have a manifold leak and I am a little uncomfortable as I am not sure how much this guy knows as far as codes and coverage.

Any other CT guys out there have a good service department they use?

Re: Good Service Departments in CT??

There's a member here that I dealt with personally when he worked at my local dealer named Brian (brian@brucebennettnissan.com). I don't know how far you are from Danbury CT but that's whre he is. You can drop him an Email and ask about his dealership. I've never been there personally so I can't comment otherwise.
Oh and he's also a member here! He goes by BRUCEBENNETTNISSAN. Maybe drop him a PM.

I wish I was closer. I am 2 miles from the MA border near Springfield.
