Think you guys got problems

My Titans been in the shop for a week now (not for anything serious, adding some extras and aligning a rear door, no biggie) so I call in to see how much longer, they say it may be the beginning of next week. Meanwhile I'm driving around town in my wifes car spotting Titans, and just to rub it in my face my wife keeps saying theres another one don't you wish you had yours. Torture I tell you. I did see a guy in his Titan whoop *** on a whole line up of full size PU's and I must say I was Proud. I'm having Titan withdrawals.

Volant / Ram Air Pos!!!!

I just got the volant cold air and ram air kits.
Filter was crushed.
Had no instructions.
Intake tube is too short and air box could not even be bolted back.
Ram air tube came loose and actually fell out of the bottom of the truck and was dragging the hell out of the interstate.
Fix?
Send that piece of crap back to where it came from!!!
I called their tech support and it was def a joke.
I tried at least ten times and I finally got an email with an attachment I can't open.
Better go with the K&N or just keep it stock fellas!
It did sound really sweet for about an hour and then it was history.
I am really depressed right now and am making a list of all my problems to tell the dealer monday morning.

1995 Smyrna vs 2004 Canton

they pushed these Titans out the door.
I had a 1995 Kingcab XE-V6 5spd. that went back to the shop 1 time for a recall (tailight harnesses) in over 8 years.
165k miles. Zero problems. I already have a list of things to fix and have had it 4 weeks yesterday.

Stitching coming loose on console.
Visor comes out of clip continually
Splashguard coming unglued.
Both engine cover bolts stripped out.
etc. it goes on and on.
no sense in this!!!!
NISSAN you better stop playing around and fix it or people will not put up with this little stuff!
i bought this truck because of the awesome quality of my 1995.
This 2004 has been a big downer so far and the poor gas mileage too!!!

I feel for you on most of the stuff but can you compain about the gas mileage? It is a full size truck after all. Unless of course you are getting less than what the sticker advertised.

yes captn

i knew it would destroy a tank of gas before i bought , I did know that but that's why i spent the big bucks for the volant plus ram air, mobil 1 and the banks.
it should runs it's butt off now but i wanted to get the kand n but all the crap from the dealer about maf sensors etc. and not being truly a carb legal / 50 states legal but now I will just get the k&N like I used to do if they offered one for my vehicle.
i bought an slp for my brickyard monte pace car and it even had a k&n filter and I used a k&n wrap with it too, stcik with what works i guess?
stick with k&n!!!!!!!!

My post was never ment to be a complaint, I was only trying to express how much I miss driving my Titan. For those of you who have had problems I truly feel bad ,but as other members put it no vehicle is without its problems. So far the service Dept. has been very accomidating. I'll post any problems I have with my Titan when I get it back. Hopefully none. Happy Fathers Day to all you Dads.
