I don't see why not. It might be a simple replace back window with new window with a motor and just snap in a wire harness..or you may have to actualy run the wires and install the switch and all that..either way, seems expensive. and a waste of money for something so silly.. Unless you plan to use it with the camp tent in the bed of the truck..
Not the same amount of room behind the seat in a KC, as compared to the CC. I believe because of the smaller gap between the seat and the rear of the cab on the KC it would prevent you from doing it without moving or removing the back seat.

i have an 04, the next year they had the power rear slider. i am bummed.
i wanted to add the power slider but was informed the back of the cab is completely different between the 2 years, i suspect it's the same with a cc vs a kc. upon inspecting for myself i agreed that it would be difficult to make happen....
