Heck, both are good reasons why you bought the truck from Rosenthal. I've dealt with those guys, having bought a '98 Integra GS-R from the Acura store right next to them at one time.
To be honest, Nationwide is very customer sat driven, even though they are total sleeze on the surface. They were in the process of giving a customer a NEW Titan while I was there because his sunroof had acted up twice on him in three weeks. I hate dealing with dealers, but at least I definitely get the impression that if anything goes REALLY wrong with the truck, Nationwide will make the situation right.
