That's pretty funny! Actually, it seems that the weak point of any vehicle these days are the brakes. Premature rotor warping is all too common. I know I've had that problem with my Dakota, so I would be surprised if the Ram has that problem, and even Toyota has had this issue with the Tundras.

Buddy has 30,000 miles on his Pre-Hemi, rotors warped.

hey bulldawg thats a factory defect, thier using calipers with a plastic like piston that is prone to sticking while hot and warping rotors prematurely. this is a defect and should be covered under a recall or something. tell your buddy to go raise some hell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and maybe some of this

Goodluck with that! Sometimes I think you will have to produce a death certificate showing that someone died because of a Dodge defect to get them to do anything about it. He's right though, Dodge uses cheap plastic pistons or something in their calipers and they start to mushroom.
