You can also roll down both front windows by holding down the unlock button on your kefob for about five seconds.
Alright, I gave up.
I went to test and it worked but not for rolling them back up. I guess it's not designed for that. Now, where in the manual that talks about this function. Is it under "Keyless Entry" or "Power Window"?
Also, the manual said you can deactivate the speed sensitive for the wipers refering to "Personlized Settings Menu" for car without Nav. Where is this menu?
Thx

You just asked the same questions, I asked in my original post.
(1) How do you deactivate the speed senitivity for the wipers w/o a NAV Package?..... and
(2) How do you deactivate the power window down function from the key fob to guard against accidental activation when the keys are in your pocket?
Yup, I just want to try again (number 1) . Now where in the manual that says you can lower the window with the key fob (I know it works, just want to read about it).

As I recall, it doesnt say it in the manual. My salesperson showed it to me.

I don't think you can deactivate this feature. I don't really think you could accidentally roll down the windows with the keyfob in your pocket because you would have to hold both buttons down for about 5 seconds while you are within 30 ft of your truck.

It has happened twice to me the first week I got my truck. I got off work went to the parking lot and both the driver's and passenger's front windows were down. I no longer carry my keys in my pocket.

I had the same problem with my Pathfinder once. I went outside to my truck and the windows were down about 4 inches. I park my truck pretty close to where I stay in the office and must have pushed the button in my pocket. I now throw my keys on my desk as soon as I get here... I was just glad it didn't rain that day!

Never bothered trying. I like the feature. When it's 100 degrees outside and the truck's been baking in the sun all day, it's nice to put the windows down remotely and let it air out for a bit before I get in...
How else would it happen? I had the keys so it wasnt activated by the driver's side exterior key lock.
You know how strange things happen sometimes. Being as the keyfob has a range of only about 30 ft. it seems strange that this would happen. Were you further than 30 ft from your Titan? It could be a relay problem or a computer glitch problem of some sort that might make the window roll down without the keyfob. Or maybe it could be radio interference or something. Years ago people had problems with their garage door openers doing this and manufacturers went to rolling codes to eliminate this. I'm not saying its not the keyfob but I wouldn't rule out other causes either.

True....there could have been other strange things happening but since I stopped carrying my keys in my pocket. It has not happened agained. I suspect it was happening as I was walking away from the truck into my office.

I'm glad you posted this problem. It rains a lot in Louisiana (matter of fact it is raining now) and I will remember to keep my keys out of my pocket until I'm far away from my Titan.

Bayou, I went and tried after reading your post, I was able to roll them down with holding only one (unlock) button. This may be how they were rolled down accidentally.
How did you guys know about this feature anyway? it's not in the manual. It was late, I didn't want a walk thru with the fleet manager so I just took the car home thinking how hard it can be to work the car
You can't roll them back up with the key fob, can you?
