I wonder how many different 'codes' there are? Maybe someone has the same code. I once pressed the unlock button on my old Ranger and had another Ranger's door unlock..

I know that my Father-in-law lost the keys to his Taurus. The locksmith had this ring with about 30 keys on it. It was the complete supply of Taurus (Ford too??) keys for that year. I suppose that means that you could walk up to any same year Taurus and have a decent shot at stealing it... I hope that Nissan mixes up the key number and electronc gizmo for more options.
