This may be helpfull for some, especially the CO folk.
Mag-Tagged = Mag Chloride which is used to prevent water from freezing up on the road ways. They spray this down (it's a liquid) onto the roads durring snow storms, instead of road salt.
Unfortantly when you get it on your car, it will leave "snow flakes" on your chrome, IF you don't wash it off within a few days. I didn't wash the Titan for two weeks as I was in and out of the mountains a bit so the truck would get dirty on every trip up. So I got mag-tagged
I used soap and water, just a warm damp water rag, even my finger to try and rub this stuff off and get the chrome mirrors and front end nearly perfectly looking again. No good.
Tonight I tried TurtleWax Chrome polish. WOW this stuff took the lil snow flakes off in one try.
"Mag-Tagged" ? Wow, seriously Adam, I hope your trip to the coast gets you a full-time job soon, you have way too much free time.

Wow Adam, you seem to have your own set of groupies.
Yes, chrome polish works on the real chrome parts. But it hasn't worked on the fake chrome grille or any of the badging.

LOL I never thought of it that way!
Yeah I've tried everything except the polish to get those lil snow flakes off with no luck. Last thing I would think that would work would be polish to get what appread to be a stain.
But gee a few haters though. I was just offering advice incase someone else comes across the same problem.. this forum is really starting to suck. Can't even offer advice without some low lifes making it something it's not.
oh..and uhh where the hell did oil leak and bald tires come from?? From the picture I can understand the "oil leak"..which is actually a puddle of coolant/water. But bald tires?

Sorry but you really bring a lot of it on yourself.
