big tow non big tow rearend swap questions.
Ok so heres the deal. I swaped my non big tow rear end for a bigtow. Now I need the ecm to know that is is a bigtow. The only thing that doesnt work is the cruise control because there ia a difference in the readings from the trans & the wheel speed sensors. I know this can be done thru the uprev but dont want to have to buy the uprev just to be able to reset the ecm. Is there a way of doing this thru the consult?

If Uprev can do it, I'd be really surprised if the Consult III cannot. Stupid question, but have you glanced through the manual??

sorry I should have put that in my forst post I have an 06 so the consult 3 will not work. We are going to try programming a vin from a bigtow truck in to see if that will work.
