Diagnostic Software

Anyone know if there are any third-parties out there that make diagnostic software for the Nissans? My friend has an Audi S4, and there is software tool that allows him to changes a TON of stuff on his computer and electrical system. The site is www.ross-tech.com but they only do Audi/VW. He can change everything from what language the car is displayed in to different shift points, etc. It also displays computer and sensor readings. The cost was $250. This would be a GREAT tool for the Nissans if the computers are designed to be changed. I don't have NAV, but I would like to change the intermittent wiper speed settings. This has to be able to be changed throught the computer somehow!!
