Weepy rear seals

I was under my truck tonight and noticed some wetness on each rear brake dust cover. Here is a picture of each side. Are my rear seals leaking?

If so, my truck is about 3.5 years old with 37k miles. Is it covered under the power train warranty? How long does it normally take the dealer to replace?

Thanks for the help, Tim

Perhaps also soaked your parking brake shoes in gear oil. I would ask the dealer about that also.

Re: Weepy rear seals

After you get them fixed, you may want to try the axle vent mod to help keep them from leaking again.

Axle vent issue and solution
