Spray on wax

Has anybody used one of those easy spray on waxes? It sounds too good to be true, just spray it on and it waxes your truck!
I want my titan to be shiny all the time, but I just can't wax it that often.

The rule I always have been taught is:

The faster on, the faster off.

You cannot compare pastes vs liquids in my book. The paste is always more concentrated and goes on thicker. Thus lasts longer.

I never used a spray on wax, I have always stuck to the good old stuff wax/paste and hard work. Its more satsifying when I slide my butt across the hood and fall off the front end.

Try Zaino Bros. The initial 2-3 steps are very labor intensive but after that you can just wash occasionally and use some of their Ultra Clean Gloss Enhancer with a microfiber towel and it looks as good as new. In fact, you can use that stuff every couple of days w/o washing beforehand just to keep her looking great. Works very good, but the initial treatment is a bi-yatch.

I tried Zaino Bros. this past weekend after reading about it here. The advice was right on! Great looks and the thing I liked best was it doesn't leave all that excess wax powder all over the black rubber pieces and all when you buff it out. I found the Gloss Enhancer to also work well afterward and for touch-up later. Good advice dman!

I use the meguiars spray on wax on my truck every time after I wash it. If you want quick and shiny it's a great product. I still use a conventional wax every six months for that deep down shine. One benefit of the spray on wax is that it does make that newly waxed shine last longer which is much appreciated after an afternoon of waxing my way around my truck.

Use Zaino or Klasse and you will never look back. The stuff is mind blowing

i use meguires or how ever you spell it, today i applied their polish and wax which i used on my past vehicles. it makes for a easy spray off after off-roading a bit. also found out just how big the beast really is, if i didnt love this truck this much id buy a buffer, probably will when i get enough scratches.

i used to use zaino on my sportscar but it was too labor intensive for the results imo. ive only heard good comments about zaino's quality no matter where i go and gave the best shine and seal i had.

I am basically lazy and I like to go to the local car detailer down the street. Not sure what they use, but it looks great and makes the regular driveway washing a lot easier.

Give Zymol a try. It lasts for about 3-4 months, depending on where you are, it goes on real easy, shines up real nice. You'll be done in just a little longer than it takes you to do a really good wash and chamois. Best advantage to it is that it fills scratches so it looks very nice on dark finishes.

Note that here they're selling their whole kit to Beemer drivers. You can get just the wax for about 12 bux at a good auto parts store. In my area, NAPA carries it.

I did detailing in a previous life, would have sworn by paste waxes, or my personal combination of the canned heavy carnuba and a spreading agent. But they were murder to get on and off and to get to the proper level of shine without an air-powered buffer.
