Got my Truxedo cover on Wednesday. Picked it up at the factory and the staff there were great! May even get some pictures of my truck in the Truxedo marketing ads for the Titan!!!
Absolutely love it! Fits on top of the utili-track system and is only about an 1 inch above the sides of the truck. Fits nice and tight, no water leaks, and looks great.

Will post some pictures later for you all to see.
... Did you get the low profile cover? Like the one I have my truck? Or did you get there reg. cover? Also did you install the tie-down cleats before the cover went on? Because they will not fit in the trac's after the rails are on.

Hello Deepwater:
I was just wondering if you knew the tie-downs will come out of the trac without sliding them out the end? My salesman told me that, so they wouldn't get stolen out of the bed. If you loosen them enough, they fall right out where they are. FYI

Yes you are right! BUT if you don't install the cleats first the only way to get them on is by sliding them down the tracks! The Cleats are to big and when you try to trun them Verticaly to slide them in the tracks they wont fit into the tracks! Because they hit the rails of the cover! I think this is good because they are alot harder to steal! When you try to turn them from Horizontal to Vertical, like you would if you were trying to take them off. They hit the rails! So if you lock the tailgate, they would have to dismantle the hole cover to get to them! I supose you can just slid them through the ends of the tracks each time but if you have the extender this could become a hassle.. I hope you can understand this, it's alittle hard to explain.

Yes I got the low profile cover. I did install the cleats before installation, but do not see this as a big issue.
I was real happy with all the staff at Truxedo. Very professional and aim to please. It will be neat to see if my truck gets published in their marketing material.

I understand now, glad your cover turned out to be a keeper for you!

Well I was looking at mine again. And I dont see how you can install the cleats after the cover has been put on without removing the clamps! I see now that you can't just slid them on after the fact because of the first CLAMP for the frame is in the way! So I see that you must install all of them first like I did! OR remove the clamps! Just thought I would let people know about this, it's easyer and makes sence to put them on first!

You got a great price on the cover!! I payed $419.00 installed. And around my area that was the best price I could find at the time. Alot of dealers were at $450.00/$475.00 installed! They were all telling me the old reg. style covers were $395.00. BUT because this was a New Style cover it cost a little more. I new they were giving me a line! But I wanted it, so I payed. I hope Everybody Loves there TruXedo as much as I do mine!

Was yours the "new" style that uses the utili-track as the mounts?

Where did the cover clamps mount ? Did they mount on the uliti-track?
They have two different types of clamps. Both will work! The clamps that are for the utili-track set up mount inside of the tracks. The other clamps mount out side of the tracks, in the four corners. The clamps that fit inside of the utili-track are alot stronger though.
