My 06 CC 4x4 has the controller harness under the dash, ready to plug in, no splicing needed.

I had a 2006 XE Off Road w/tow package
the truck came with keyless entry, power windows and locks
I added the powered tow mirrors by replacing the wire harness in the front doors
