Fold A Cover Re-visited

Hi all,
I have been in conctact with the fold-A-Cover. I want one of those covers. They emailed me back and said "end of May" for the non-utilitrack, and June for the Utilitrack version. I'm going to wait.

I discussed a group buy, and they indicated some interest. Perhaps if we got a list together of interested buyers, I'll contact them and say "we have X people ready to buy". Might put a little more spring in their step.

I want a fold-a-cover with the toolbox option. I will wait until it is available for the utilitrak.

I think for my use the ability to fold only the back section up would be great. I would keep my emergency equipment in the back section of the bed and use the bed divider to hold it in place. Then all I would have to do is either lift the back section of the cover or open the tailgate and pull out the appropriate equipment. The tool box would hold anything that needed to be locked up more than the cover could handle.

I'd be interested in a group buy. I need the version that's compatible with the utilitrack.

I have a local dealer checking into the price (CC with Utilitrak) now. I stopped in on Saturday and asked them to find out. Maybe a dealer will be able to get information faster than we can.

I talked to a local dealer (doesn't deal in Fold-A-Cover) who said that the company has been difficult to work with, and is really only interested in the bigger dealers. I think you might be right, a dealer is our best shot.
