I know it can be done. Spoke with the service manager at the dealership where I bought my Titan. He said they don't do installs of the DVD entertainment system afterwards like that, but gave me a number to a place here in Jacksonville, Florida called Florida Automotive Styling that will do it....you just gotta find out who does those installs..

just call your nissan dealer and ask them where to go to install their entertainment system. you can always do an aftermarket install from a custom audio/video shop.....

One of my co-workers had an aftermarket tilt/rotate screen and dvd player installed by a local shop for around $700. It looked like pretty good quality, I can't remember the brand however.
Have you installed this on your truck? Thanks for the link! Have you seen any headrest systems on line yet?
No, I haven't. I read the original post, did a search and found those 2 links.
I did put a system in my Wife's Durango last year, it wasn't to hard to instsall. I doubt I will put one in the Titan, that way the Durango will stay the "family" vehicle and the Titan will stay "My Fishing" Truck"

We were thinking my wife's Camry would be our family car, but she loves driving the Titan more than I do I think! As long as she doesn't rip the mirrors off backing out of our 8' wide garage, I'll let her continue. I'm thinking the headrest DVD is the way to go, mainly because I don't like the stock headrest and would like to get ones that tilt forward for more support. Apparently however the headrest DVDs are easy to steel (makes sense) and I here this happens too often where I live in Tampa. I think they make a leather cover also that can conceal them. If I take the plunge, I'll post some photos. Thanks again.
Thanx everyone i'll be looking into that MYRON & DAVIS ANS178

I contacted Vizualogic regarding a date for headrest monitors that will fit the Titan. They will be releasing these at the end of May. Their products can be viewed at Crutchfield.
is that right, $ 679.95 for just the monitor? pretty pricey. I've seen tv/ dvd combo for less than that, but I'm afraid of the installers screwing something up.
if anyone has done the install themselves, how difficult is it?

A 7" monitor will fit in the overhead with some cutting. I put in a DVD/TV tuner, a switcher to get video on my Nav screen and paid a shop $125 to mount the screen. The equipment cost me about $900 ($540 was the switcher to put video on the front screen). I put in Blaupunkt and am very happy with it.
After seeing them do the screen mount I could of done it but was a little worried about cutting the overhead and screwing it up. All they did was make a frame out of 1/2" mdf and wrapped it in vinyl. The drop down was then routed out to fit the frame and allow acess the the monitor controls. freshalloy under the armada forum has a couple of threads on adding video.
