Daystar lift and shock issues...

I have the Daystart lift on my truck and I don't have busted shocks...yet. But I have noticed when coming down on the backside of large bumps, the shocks do 'top out'. I got under the front of the truck and after looking at it and jacking it up to see exactly whats going on, it appears there is no bump stop for the downward motion of the suspension. Although, there is a bump stop to keep the arm from hitting going up. It looks as if the only thing keeping the control arm from hitting the frame is the shocks 'topping out'. I am trying to figure out how to put on a bump stop that will hit before the shocks top out. Has anyone else got underneath and checked this out?
