They are also illegal in most states. According to the lawbooks, tires cannot extend outside the fender as those clearly do. A cop in a bad mood will definately take a close look at that vehicle.

The black wheels are pretty ugly on that truck, if it were lifted with some aggressive tires, it might look good, need to lose the chrome too. Looks like it has 4 spares on it. Sorry MHO.
