Anyone know how to disassemble KC center console?

The dealer did some work and now the center console squeaks. I know how to pull the plate around the shift knob, but I can't figure out how to remove the big storage bin and the main body of the center console.

Thanks

The service manual has this info (and much more) and is a good deal at $20 to download.

Where id the $20 Service Manual? I paid $300 for the paper one. But then I can't easily drag the PC out to the truck. Is it on CD?

You can easily put the $20 manual on CD. It is 49 PDF files (about 92 meg) and a lot cheaper than $300 for the paper one.
