Amp Power Through Firewall???

I have some 4ga power wire, where did everyone fish their power cord through the firewall at?? I thinl the hood release may be the best, but the whole is kind of small. suggestions?????

I ran my 8ga through the hood release and it ran very easily, you might have a harder time with 4ga, but it could be worth a try.

I gave up quickly and drilled just south-west of steering column area.
It worked good for me as my amp is beneath the drivers seat.

thx to both of you I will try the hole again, and if not then I will just drill I guess
