dunder23, man that box is awesome. do you think you could pass on the dimensions to those of us who would like to try and reproduce your work?? also, how do you keep the cones of the subs from hitting your cover? looks like when they are playing loud and throwing near maximum excursion, they would hit it and sound bad. thanks for the help.

The one I made? Sure, I guess I can take some measurements when I get home. I actually won't be needing it anymore, so if someone in the LA/FL panhandle area would like it, just let me know.

The lip is 3/4 and is so my rubber floor mats will go under it without making the box any taller. On my last box the mats were crushed below the box, this helps it lay flat. I'll try and get some dimmensions to you later. Thanks for the compliments. I screwed up when carpeting it in a few places, but I covered em up as best I could. If I get real motivated I might make a new box that downfires and is fiberglassed. The sub boxes are starting to pile up in the garage now.

4thats what i did with my box. I fiberglassed it in under the back seat so i could take advantage of all of the space under there
