Chrome PIAA's on Chrome Westin Bull Bar

I just got my PIAA's insatalled and wanted to share some new pictures. I absolutely love the Chrome accents that our Titans came with, and I couldnt wait to add to it. I think I am done with my front end. Let me know what you think.

TithanH, are those the driving lights? I just got done putting on the 520
chrome fogs today. Did you use the Piaa switch? If so, how did you mount
yours?

BTW:Looks great!

yes these are driving lights, and yes I did use the PIAA switch for main control. I plan on leaving them on at all times bcus I have them tapped to my headlights. I bolted the PIAA fuse box between the battery and the fender, then I ran the wire under the plastic sectional located between the windshield and the hood (it pops right out). I was fortunate bcus my alarm wires ran into my cab right from under the plastic cover on the drivers side. so I was able to fish the wires throught the same hole

Now that looks hot! I'm very inspired now, I've been eyeing that Westin bull bar for a while. Might have to order one up!

Some say the chrome is a bit much, but I have to admit, your truck looks great!

Since you're leaving them on with your headlights, I assume you didn't
mount the switch anywhere? I adapted mine to fit in one of the blanks
on the dash, but it was a real pain. I ran the switched wire to the red
with blue stripe parking lights wire as pciley suggested. You say you
can just pull up on the windshield drain and it will pop out? I might do
that tomorrow, cause when I was looking under the glove box, I could
swear I saw a little light coming in near the top of the dash.

I also mounted the switch on one of the blank slot but I used the double sided tape that came w/ the package. Doesnt look as good but very easy to install. As far as the windshield drain, once u pull up on the drain, the weather strip comes off and on the strip u will see the pins that hold the drain to the hood. Be careful w/ each end of the strip there is a plastic pin that can easily break, I would recomend that u remove the pins b4 pulling on the drain. Theres only one on each end

Have you lined up your lights yet? When I shine mine on the garage door
they seem OK, but I am wondering about a more accurate method.

As far as aligning the lights all I did was run my laser level light horrizantally inside my garage. then I tried to match up the top of the light beam w/ the laser. Then I pulled my truck (w/lights on) behind my girlfriends car (aprox 15 ft away) just to make sure I'm not gonna blind the driver in front of me. Not exactly perfect science but its good enuf for me.

Smoke,
As far as the Scoop I bought it from

http://www.truckaccessoryusa.net/Cat...ducts/list.php

it was 89.95 w/ free s/h. This is of course only a simulated hood scoop, and installs easily w/ double sided tape. The hard part for me was finding some1 to paint it for me. I will send u a direct picture of the scoop as soon as I get a chance to take a new pic. Are u n Sac too?

Awesome! Where do you put your front license plate? In Hawaii it's illegal not to have a front plate maybe it's O.K. where you are at?

Westin does have an optional license plate relocator that u can purchase (19.95) which will allow you to mount a front plate on your vehicle. I personally did not like the waymy front end looked w/ the plate bcus it takes away from the chrome. And like hawaii, in many states it is illegal to drive w/o a front plate. Just like it is illegal to drive w/ tinited front windows, but people still do it.

I can't tell you how many years it's been since Tennessee did away with
front plates on cars and light trucks. I guess we are more advanced than
the rest of the country.

Just wanted to send cheers to you on the looks of the truck. I'm always worried that spending all that money and time doing stuff like a bull bar, lights, hood scoop, wheels, running bars, hood side and rear window bud deflectors, dual exhaust, billet grill, headlight covers (what else have you done???) won't look good in the end, but yours looks awesome. Even my wife thinks so. Great job!
