adding screen to stock dvd.

i have a few questions someone might be able to help me with. I have the stock dvd system with the single screen. I want to put one up front also but im not sure how to do it. Is it as easy as finding the 2 input wires going into the stock screen and running them to the new screen? If so does anyone know the colors of the 2 inputs, and which is the pos and neg? thanks for any help

yeah, i have the manual i just don't know how to read it. I can't figure out the color of the 2 wires that i need to splice into for video input to the second screen. I know how to get it power and stuff already.

I don't know anything about video splitters in cars, but in my house I had to use an amplified splitter.

Does this make both screens show the same thing or are they still independent? How hard of an install is it? Where is the best place to put it? Where are you running the wires? If you can, show some pics of the install. You've got my curiosity up and my head working on playing with my truck more on the inside. Do tell do tell.
tks

If you are referring to the Nav-tv its a fairly easy install. I put mine on top of the nav-dvd under the passenger seat. ran the wires through the center console and heeked in behind the monitor. If you get the switcher you can have independant video. The tv tuner system Sam sells I don't believe allows seperate sources playing at once...but you can hook up different sources.

Check out freshalloy.com under the titan/armada page and look for nav-mod finally completed.
