Yes. This topic has been lamented and discussed several times in this forum. Do a seach of "aux audio" and it should provide some very good reading as to various solutions.
Basically, it requires adding a line driver module between the AUX IN jack and the input to the radio headunit. The Nissan radio requires two volts peak-to-peak for a 'normal' level at the aux in - most devices with an aux out will provide between 0.3 and 1.0 volt, thus the low level.

I recently found out that on the Armada Bose system that the factory DVD harness can be found just in front of the gear shift. You can't see it but can feel it and unclip it to bring it into view. There is acc power, audio left and right and a FES Enable and Audio on plus the video wires. If you are looking for an additional audio input you can use this. You will still need an inline amp as the volume is low. To activate you can use the rear av swith holding it down for 1.5 seconds. Oh and connect the FES and Audio on wires together. Doing this tricks the HU into thinking the factory DVD is there and on. This will also allow you to select the DVD on the rear controls...still can't select the AUX though.

I bought an amp very similar to Sammy's at my local Radioshack... Here's a link to the RS catalog for it. http://www.radioshack.com/product.as...t%5Fid=33-1109
