Pull the armrest up and off. There are two or three screws behind it. There is the one obvious screw behind the little tab in the door handle. There are also screws behind the off-color trim piece in the door pull. That trim must be remove to get to them. Use a flatblade screwdriver wrapped with a soft cloth to keep from marring the plastic.

Once the screws are removed start at the bottom of the panel and work your way up pulling the plastic clips from the door frame. I will repeat, a door panel removal tool is very handy. It makes removing the clips that stay in the door frame a lot easier. They don't get torn up like they do if you use a scredriver or pliers and can be reused on the door panel when it is replaced.
