I would go ask a tire shop about the rims if you like them, I do not think grinding anything on the truck would be a good idea either. Some shop might have an idea about what you can do with out changing to much. If you do get them some of the shops take in trades, something else to think about. I like to go off road and so I try and stay with the smaller rims too but don't think that to many of the 16inch one will fit the titan with the brakes they have on them. Just remember the smaller the rim the more sidewall the tire can have to be the same size as the stock. More rubber on the sides is better for off road. Bigger rim, shorter sides of the tire, better handling on the road but not good once you start hitting bumps or ruts.
