Aftermarket audio

I just bought a titan.......the stock system blows pipe. I am thinking about going with one sub......... and two 6 inchs............ Should I just run a amp to the sub and sixes or ...........get a 4 channel and run it to all of them........ Also do I have to buy a kit for the dash????

It has been almost 10 years since I have even thought about stereo equipment, so I am a noob......... Some one hollar. Where should I start.

Does anyone know the clearance under the back seat..........it is to hot to go out an measure.
