Not really. I just replaced the head unit. I installed the Kenwood DDX7015 along with KNA-DV4100 (navigation unit). I was going to take pictures as I installed but I got too involved. Here is a final picture. Now that I have everything working I need to install the Sirius and Navigation antennas permantely. I also need to plug the parking line from the DVD so I can watch DVD's.

Man, I hate you. I will be getting the same thing soon. Few questions:
Are there any gaps between the head and the console?
Where did you get it?
What install kit did you use and did you have to do any modifications?

Looks awesome. I was thinking of getting the same system. What installation kit did you use, the cut out in the dash looks great. How do you like the unit. Do you have any amps in it? Are you still using the stock speakers in the door?
Phedge: The navigation is a Kenwood add-on. It's underneath the passenger seat and is DVD based. There is an antenna. I wanted to mount it under the dash, once the head unit is out you can almost stick your hand all the way to the firewall. There is a nice shelf in there. I tested in there and on the average it would lock onto 3-4 satellites. When the antenna is on the roof is gets 7-8 satellites. I put it on the roof and ran the wire through the third brake light. The Sirius antenna is right next to it on the roof.
peanutbutter: I did not use any install kit. The stock head unit brackets fit nicely on the DDX7015. There are four holes on the bracket and three of them line up to the holes on the DDX7015. I was worried that the DDX7015 would stick too far out but actually it sits about 1/8" too far in. The dash almost fits flush against the front face of the DDX7015. I think I can use one washer to hold it out enough. If that makes sense. There is a trim plate that comes with the DDX7015. I have that on and the dash piece fits over the top of that. I thought I was going to have to have a piece made. I bought the DDX7015 and the navigation unit on eBay.
acontisr: No installation kit. I did by the XE Bezel part number 68260-7S000
(Lid Cluster C as referenced in the service manual). I also bought the Metra Nissan Wiring Harness. It's the same wiring harness you can use on any Nissan 1996-current. I really like the head unit, I am still learning all the features. My Titan is an SE with the popular pkg midline stereo. There is no amp and I did not install one. I am still using the stock speakers. When I watch a DVD (Matrix) it sounds awesome.
All in all I really like the unit. Currently I have; GPS navigation, DVD, MP3/WMA, Sirius. Oh and the AM/FM do not fade. Next I am thinking about hooking up a rear view camera. There is a wire on the DDX7015 for connecting to the reverse signal for auto switching to VIDEO when the shifter is put into reverse.
