It's relatively easy. I took mine out for a trip because I needed more storage space for cargo then reinstalled after returning from the trip.
Remove the drivers side seat first, remove the bolts holding it to the floor plus there is a bolt attaching it to the passenger side seat. Then remove the bolts holding the passenger side seat. The center seat belt anchor must be undone since it threads through the passenger side seat, reattach after removing the seat.
Use a small rope or lashing tape to tie around the seat bottom and seat back to keep them together when you are taking them out and moving/storing the seats.
Once the seats are removed, thread the mounting bolts back into their mounting holes in the chassis. This is a good way to store the bolts plus it stops up the holes.
The removable process should not take longer than 20 minutes or so.
