Pics of my system

Well finaly got around to posting pics of my audio system

The truck was equiped with 6cd changer so I had to convert the center console to the base model. Every thing was plug and play no lights flashing etc.

The components I used are the following

-Head unit- Clarion VRX745VD DVD touchscreen
- Clarion Cnet 6CD Changer
-front door and tweeter- ALPINE SPS-171A components
-Rear door - APLINE SPS-170A
-All interior speakers are powered by a ALMANI 75X4 AL-HM840 amp
- JL 300X2 amp
- 2 JLW6 10 inch aniversary editino subs I belive the 03 model not as tall as the new one's (space reasons)
- 1 1.2 capasitor for the JL sub amp

The box's I have in there now are great and are perfect air space but they do stick out just a tad mabe one inch or two beyond the seat but im 6 foot 3 and i dont loose and leg room. All in all im verry happy and the truck hits hard as a mofo not neiborhood house shaking but enough to make me happy and def.

-Chris

I plan on putting my two rockford amps under my front seats too. (I assume you did aswell) How did you fasten the amps to the floor boards? Did you use sheet metal screws? Are they in there really well, or could someone steal them easily? I recently had my car broken into, so an install thats hard to steal is important. Thanks!

I had audio america in sanbernadino do the install they are right down the street from socalsupertrucks. The built the custom box's in conjunction of space needed for sub and space under the seat's.

I paid $1100 for the head unit

I dont have any alternator wine well that I can hear anyway.

Only noise I hear is when the accesories are on and truck is off i get and sound of electircal current real low but I can hear it it might be the capasitor or the amps dont know but its no big deal

well the JL is not screwed down but the capasitor is with screws an the almani amp was screwed in but they used to short of screws and they never realy penitrated so they are free but they never move and I drive like a *** sometimes. IM prob gona lift up the carpet and check 4 any wires and use longer screws and screw in the floor just to be safe

I too have the same sound. I noticed it first when the engine was off and the key was in one of the accessory positions. I noticed the sound more during when the CD/MP3 player was on. Turn down the voulme all the way and you can hear popping, hiss/humm.. does not happen when I switch to FM I dont know really? possibly might be where I have my power wire mounted to the battery (on top bolted behind that 150 amp fuse) possibly could mount behind it closer to the terminal. I think that during the accessory position the titan has some kind of accessory power issue..just look at all that stuff mounted on the + battery terminal... GEEE... Im gonna change where I have my power wire mounted soon...if that dosent work im gonna re-install my headunit and possibly buy a new one.. hopefully I wont have to do that though...
