Question Painted Dash?

Has anyone tried to paint parts of their dash? I am thinking about getting the custom single-din bezel for an aftermarket HU (Alpine IVA-D900) and was going to have it painted to match my truck exterior. So I was also thinking of having the other parts of the dash that are usually the same color painted to match. Do you guys think that would be possible or would I need to get those parts made from fiberglass to have them painted?

There is plenty of paint for plastics out there. The important thing is to properly prep the plastic and getting the exact match for your color might be difficult.
